Korea Certification (KC) Mark for Textile Goods
The Korean
Agency for Technology and Standards (KATS) has revised the Self-Regulatory
Safety Confirmation and the Safety Quality Labeling for Textile Products.
The new
requirements will go into effect on December 27, 2011.
Highlight of the Self-Regulatory Safety Confirmation

The small parts requirement is newly added for baby
textile products. If a component or part detaches
from the
baby textile product after the attachment test / domestic washing and drying
test, it is
classified
as small parts and not permitted.

synthetic resin should have a caution label.
