MEEC
MALAYSIA EXPORT EXHIBITION CENTRE
The Malaysia Export Exhibition Centre or MEEC is
a permanent display area established to promote Made-in-Malaysia products
and services to foreign buyers and incoming trade delegations. It is
strategically located in the centre of the city of Kuala Lumpur, within the
MATRADE office sited in Wisma PKNS. It is easily accessed by public and
private transportation systems.
Has
a total floor space of 250 sq meters, the Centre showcases products
from more than 200 Malaysian companies, with exhibits that are reviewed and
rotated every six months. The products on display reflect the diversity of
Malaysians exports
including textiles and garments.
MEEC SERVICES
For The
Malaysian Exporter, the following services are provided:
- The display of the company’s latest products in the centre
- The promotion of the company products to interested visitors to the MEEC through the distribution of its product catalogues, business cards and other promotional materials
- The benefit of having MATRADE staff to promote their products and handle trade enquiries. Business meetings are also arranged between interested buyers and exhibitors.
Participation Details
Display fee : RM 600 Validity period : 6 months
Conditions:
- Applicants must be registered with MATRADE.
- Products displayed must be manufactured in MALAYSIA
with potential for export.
- Application form should be accompanied by:
i. A list of
products to be displayed
ii. Photograph or catalogue of the products
- The completed form must be accompanied with a
participation fee of RM 600.00
