Max Fashion initiates to donate clothes
Landmark Group-led Max Fashion has started an initiative with
the help of NGOs to donate clothes to those in need.
In collaboration with NGOs such as Hope Foundation, Rotary Club
and Voice of World, the brand hopes this initiative will help
inculcate a sense of awareness in their consumers to donate
clothes that they would otherwise throw away.
Yet again an effort to enhance sustainability! With this
initiative, Max Fashion gives second life to clothes in addition
to giving happiness to needy people.
Max Fashion has a massive reach in India with over 300 stores
spread across 100 cities and now it aims to increase the number
of stores to 500 by 2022.
The brand recently partnered with Amazon to release some
collections online and there will be a dedicated Max store on
Amazon Fashion India.
Amazon has also recently shown interest in investing in the
business after talks with Reliance Retail fell through, and Max
seems to be a strong contender for Amazon to invest in.
However, talks are still in nascent stages.
