Environmental Quality
(Industrial Effluent) Regulation 2009
Amendment on ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT 1974 was gazette on 12 October 2009
by the Minister of Natural Resources and the Environment, Datuk Douglas
Uggah Embas. The new regulations may be cited as the Environmental Quality
(Industrial Effluent) Regulations 2009. With this, the recent Environmental
Quality (Industrial Effluent) Regulations, 1979 is annulled. Attached
herewith the Fifth Schedule and Seventh Schedule of the Regulation.
