Amendment on ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT 1974 was gazette on 12 October 2009. The new regulations may be cited as the Environmental Quality (Industrial Effluent) Regulations 2009. In order to update companies on the new regulations, DOE and MKMA co-organised the seminar to keep the industry updated of the latest developments.
