Extension of Foreign Workers' Permit

          Employers can apply to Ministry of Internal Affairs to extend the working permit of their workers considered "Skilled Workers". Justification of foreign workers' skill will be undertaken by Majlis Latihan Vocational Kebangsaan (MLVK) of Ministry of Human Resources.

        To qualify as skill worker the foreign workers must obtain Level 2 of Malaysian Skill Certificate for work sector available in the NOSS.

       For work sector not stated in NOSS, justification of the workers' skill will be done through MLVK's evaluation & written recognition.

        62 participants from 41 companies attended this seminar.
